A calico-and-white she-cat with short fur and light amber eyes.
Appearance:
One thing that usually stands out the most about Eelpool is the fact that she definitely is a bit more on the small and dainty side. She's no midget, but her legs, her tail, and body aren't very big at all. Her fur is primarily calico - a mixture of tan, black, and white. White seems to be the most dominant of those colors as part of her face, chest, belly, and all four paws are a stark shade of ivory. Even her whiskers are white. Other notable features include her lightly shaded amber eyes and a very small scar on the bridge of her nose. Personally, she considers herself average in appearance, but doesn't seem to mind that in the slightest.

Positive Traits: • Family Orientated • Voice of Reason • Patient | Negative Traits: • Melancholic • Distant • Secretive |
Personality:
Ever since her mother's death, there has always been something a bit sad and lonely about Eelpool. There will be moments where she'll simply be depressed and is often very closed off about her own personal feelings. She has a strong love for her siblings, however. While she's closest to her two brothers, Kraiteye and Barnacleleap, and talks to them the most, she still cares about her half-siblings as well and won't hesitate to help then should they approach her. She's patient and more often than not is a voice of reason - especially whenever it comes to settling disputes within her kin. She's very family orientated.
Eelpool's relationship with her clanmates can be a bit rigid at times, however. As mentioned above, she can be rather closed off at times and while she'd never be impolite or blatantly rude to them, she often prefers keeping to a small circle of whom she trusts the most - which is mainly consists of her siblings. She wasn't always like that, though. She never used to be an overly social individual or anything like that, but she had been more open and lively during her younger days as a kit and an apprentice.
Because her tendency to be distant, some have mistakenly assumed that she only cares about her family and close friends and that is not the case. While it may not show as brightly as some of the others in her clan, she does love Tidalclan dearly - it's always been her home. As a Fighter she made a vow to defend and in spite of anything that is a vow she intends to keep.

History:
The life of Eelpool began, naturally, with her parents. Ternfeather and Clamfur were never meant to last - it just sort of happened. The two of them were known for their constant flirting back and forth and before they knew it, Clamfur learned she was expecting kits. Her mood toward Ternfeather changed drastically after that and eventually Ternfeather took the hint to stay clear from her and that was that. When Eelpool was born along with her two brothers, Kraiteye and Barnacleleap, the three only knew their mother at the time. Eelpool herself would find herself wondering time to time what their father was like, but most of the time, she would become distracted and forget that curiosity. She knew that she'd never hear much about the topic from her mother and at the time she was satisfied with that.
When she first encountered Ternfeather, she felt a bit shy. The tom seemed nice - he would come visit the nursery time to time. Most of those times he'd either talk to them or play games with them and after a while Eelpool did warm up to him and came to enjoy his visits like her brothers. Their mother's crankiness could get under anyone's fur after a while, so those visits were a helpful distraction.
Even with that so, though, Eelpool felt close to their mother. She knew that Clamfur would always have her moments where she may snap or be impatient with them, but she also had a few mother-daughter moments with her throughout the time Clamfur was alive. She often wondered if her mother simply enjoyed not being surrounded by toms all the time.
During the time when her brothers devised a plan to sneak out and visit Ternfeather - this was after the fact that they found out that he potentially was their father - she hadn't been too sure about it at first. Somehow, though, her brothers convinced her and she joined in with planning out on how they were going to do it. The older tom had always been laid back and fun so she doubted he'd be too annoyed if the three of them showed up, but she quickly found out later that this time that was not the case. Ternfeather was quick to scold them and told them to go back to the nursery. If it weren't for the 'where they belonged' part she wouldn't have been too hurt about it - it was their fault for sneaking out - but those words were what placed a wedge between the tom and her. Perhaps this was where the start of her not reaching out to others initially began.
As the trio were apprenticed, things seemed to began to shift. Kraiteye stepped into the role of leading them - becoming almost a bit like a father figure. Personally, she never really thought of him like that - she more looked up to him as a brother, but she couldn't deny that he really did step up and cared for all of them. For a while it was just the three of them and her bond with them continued to grow. When they turned ten moons, however, someone new joined their little group. Taropetal. At first, Eelpool had felt a bit jealous when the other she-cat joined the group. She seemed to catch the eye of both her brothers fairly quick and she wasn't really used to the idea of someone else entering their trio. After some time, though, she knew she would have to push those feelings aside. It was obvious that her brothers really liked Taropetal, and if she made them happy - it would make her happy. So while her feelings were, at the beginning, a bit mixed when it came to Taropetal, she grew to like occasionally being able to have small "she-cat chats" with her whenever that time arose.
Upon one of those "she-cat chats" she had learned that Taropetal was only interested in focusing on becoming a Fighter and didn't want to think about committing to someone or having kits with them. Eelpool couldn't help but share her views. It had never really crossed her mind either and she was supportive of that choice. She knew that not everyone wanted to dive into the life of settling down straight off paw. There were moments, though, where she felt lightly amused of the on-going love triangle between the she-cat and her brothers.
Her life made the most major turn, however, when her mother died. It was almost as if a thorn had struck her in the heart, and she wasn't sure how many moons had passed until she felt the pain ease up a bit. After Clamfur's death, Eelpool seemed to become even more reclusive than before and rarely opened up when it came to stating how she felt. Through her saddness, however, she still tried her best to remain connected with her brothers.
At this point in her life, Eelpool had a non-existent relationship with Ternfeather. To her, he was just another clanmate and her feelings had always been neutral when it came to him. He'd never really played a part in her life - she didn't hate him, but she didn't really see him as her father either. She appreciated him coming forward to state his condolences, but that appreciation seemed to dissipate when she learned that he'd drawn in yet another she-cat. Her neutral attitude toward him turned to a negative one - especially when the unfortunate she-cat ended up having kits of her own. Eelpool never really felt ill-will toward Ternfeather's other love interest or her half siblings, but Ternfeather's actions have not helped her relationship with him at all.
Even though she doesn't look toward Anemonepaw and Gobypaw with negativity, she still feels a bit more awkward around them than she would with Kraiteye and Barnacleleap. She is curious of them, though, and there are moments where she feels the longing to get to know them a bit better.
